years, 9 primarily with Alzhiemers patients and has been teaching group fitness and giving fitness/wellness lectures
for the last 25 years. She is also the mother of four very active children. Her background in these additional areas
help her to understand the needs of many types of clients.
She works often with athletes preparing for or recovering from competitions. Her experience as an athlete and a
fitness instructor help her to understand and work with athletes trying to recover from injury or over use issues.
Many clients with issues of work related pain and stress find comfort and pain relief in her office. Understanding the
body mechanics of good posture, flexibility and muscular strengthening plus working with clients on finding
alternative ways of performing tasks to relieve strain on backs, joints etc., help clients to feel supported and
proactive in their recovery.
Older adults feel comfortable and cared about. As many older adults find changes occurring with living situations,
loss of friends, spouses or loved ones and changes that come physically from the aging process they find having
Susie as a part of their support network to be both stress relieving and comforting. She has worked extensively with
older adults as a nurse assistant and loved the time she spent with the residents at the facility where she worked.
She has always felt blessed to be a part of their extended "family".
Susie is a dedicated practitioner that believes in preventative medicine and the active promotion of health and
wellness. She believes that regular massage can greatly enhance ones quality of life.
